We want you to love your Vibes of Grace products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and unopened
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email wecare@vibesofgrace.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at wecare@vibesofgrace.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
